Our Purpose

​

Our purpose is that we decided to start our own company, and not do what other investors were doing, which was just seeing dollar figures and not taking into consideration the fact that we are dealing with humans and there are emotional and/or physical ties to their properties. One of our primary goals from the very beginning was to create an environment which is earnest and honest without ANY hidden or even visible costs or fees to home sellers. We are not in business to chisel people with junk fees, we genuinely care about the individuals and families we get to work with.

We genuinely enjoy buying “fixer-upper” properties, fixing them up and selling them to families and blessing them with a home they can raise a family in. We strive not to ever skip corners, even if it means making a lesser profit.

Why We Love This Work

​

We also invest back into our communities; our goal is to invest in schools, homeless programs, churches, children’s organizations, veteran’s programs and many other sources of philanthropy. We’ve already had the good fortune of donating part of our profits to non-profit organizations such as Eye Heart & CHLA. We will strive to continue to support non-profits and community organizations of various kinds. It’s not just about investments with Simple Offr, it’s also about investing in our own communities and the future.
